Application Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a student at Notre Dame High School. The admission process at Notre Dame includes an application and an interview.

You may pick up an application at the main office of the school. To be considered for admission to Notre Dame High School, you must be 14 years old by September 1st. Once you have completed the application and collected all the necessary documents, you can mail them to the main office.

Applications are reviewed for initial eligibility in January. Students who qualify up to this point go on to the second phase of the application process and are invited to interview. Final Decision letters are mailed at the beginning of February. Incoming freshmen and their parents are required to attend an orientation in the late spring. All incoming freshmen are also required to attend the mandatory Corporate Work Study Summer Training program.

Admissions Application

To apply, please submit the following items to Sr. Bárbara Gutiérrez, SNDdeN, Director of Admissions, as soon as possible:

  • Complete Application

  • Parent Income Information and Statement of Intent form

  • Copies of the applicant's previous and current report cards (grades 7 & 8)

  • Copy of Standardized Test scores (MCAS, Iowa, Terra Nova, etc.)

  • Official score from the High School Placement Test

  • 2 teacher recommendations (Language Arts or Math teacher)

  • 1 personal recommendation (from a teacher, principal, counselor, employer, mentor or pastor)

  • Copy of applicant's birth certificate

  • Copy of applicant's social security card

  • Most recent copy of W-2 and 1040 forms (if your family does not file, we require other supporting income verification documents such as: SSI, DTA or workers compensation)
